Format-The rules are similar to FQA with exceptions to be given. Each team will get at least five quizzes. A team must have at least three people. The team criterion is people attending the same college; exceptions may ONLY be granted by Matt West. Do not assume he will grant it; do not assume he will turn it down-ask him.
